In addition to its ordinary rooms for single or double occupancy, the home is the first in Estonia to offer private one-room suites complete with terrace. These suites are more spacious and luxuriously appointed, and are designed for residents who are better capable of managing on their own. They are located in a separate wing of the building, to and from which residents can come and go as they please.

Viimsi Pihlakodu covers a total of 3200 m² and features modern furnishings throughout its living quarters. It also boasts a library, a large kitchen, a sauna, massage and treatment rooms and a spacious common room for group activities.
