The new facility, which is currently undergoing reconstruction at Siili 14, is due for completion in the first half of 2026.
The building has three floors and will be home to 150 elderly residents, who will have the choice of single or two-person rooms in line with their preferences regarding privacy and flexibility.
The emphasis in the facility will be on the range of additional services it offers, enabling its residents to continue to enjoy the lifestyle to which they have grown accustomed. The nursing home will boast a sauna complex, relaxation spaces, beauty and therapy rooms and private corners in which to spend time with friends and family. The 2nd floor will feature smaller dining rooms, nurses’ workspaces and extra comforts.
Among the added value that Kristiine Pihlakodu will offer, the greatest is arguably its green garden and spacious courtyard, which will allow for the creation of an inspiring relaxation and therapy garden with its own orchard. Establishing such a garden has long been our dream.
