Designed specifically to serve as a nursing home for up to 164 elderly residents, this complex is located at Pärtlepõllu tee 2 in Viimsi.
In addition to its ordinary rooms for single or double occupancy, the home is the first in Estonia to offer private one-room suites complete with terrace. These suites are more spacious and luxuriously appointed, and are designed for residents who are better capable of managing on their own. They are located in a separate wing of the building, to and from which residents can come and go as they please.
Viimsi Pihlakodu covers a total of 3200 m2 and features modern furnishings throughout its living quarters. It also boasts a library, a large kitchen, a sauna, massage and treatment rooms and a spacious common room for group activities.

Local government compensation, i.e. costs related to personal care is 851€. Starting from July 1, 2023, under the care reform, local governments will cover personal care costs based on the established price limit (including labor costs of caregivers and assistant caregivers, their work clothing and personal protective equipment, health checks, vaccinations, training, and supervision costs).
NB! We cannot provide services to people carrying ESBL, MRSA, or tuberculosis.
The cost of the care service includes the following: accommodation, meals 4 times a day, laundry once a week, 4 diapers per day, hygiene aids, and the possibility to participate in leisure activities. Caregiver assistance also includes supervision to ensure safety.

We are located 13.8 km from the Viru Keskus shopping centre bus terminal in the heart of the city, and just 3 km from the centre of Viimsi.
From the city centre you can reach us directly by catching bus no. 174 to our bus stop, ‘Lubjaküla’.
Another option is to take bus no. 1 from the city centre to the ‘Viimsi Keskus’ bus stop, then change to bus no. V3 and continue to the ‘Lubjaküla’ stop.
